• Aluminum Gantry frame design

  The Aluminum Gantry frame design of the "AccuPlasma" provides many benefits such as an overall lighter weight allowing the "AccuPlasma" to have faster acceleration, greater speeds, and better corner performance.  The wide footprint and tapered back brace allow the "AccuPlasma" to be stable over the full speed range of the machine giving it unequaled performance. The spiral brushed Aluminum frame does not peel or crack like other painted machines. This allows the "AccuPlasma" to be cleaned easier and maintain a long attractive life span.

• Linear Positioning Crossdrive System

  The “Linear Positioning” Crossdrive system was engineered to be stable and accurate. By engineering a more efficient motor transport system while still maintaining our Rockwell C60 linear V-rails and our compact carriage assembly. The ability to use High Definition  Plasma cutting system gives superior performance including automatic gas control, and touch screen operated Height control . Upgrade to a 200 amp version for a thicker cutting capacity. Also we offer a 200 amp without automatic gas control.  It's no wonder the ShapeTech shape cutting machines are so versatile.
